Starting in October!!
*For those that have been practicing Pilates for awhile and are familiar with the equipment enough to put themselves through a self-guided workout.
There will be posters, books, and flashcards for reference as well as an instructor there for questions as needed but they will not be leading a class or your full session. This is your time to just practice on your own, enjoy your favorite moves and practice the hard ones.
