Haley’s desire to keep you strong and upright and out of pain is a never ending goal of hers. She has paid close attention to her increasing desire to help people who are dealing with pain and continues her education in bodywork, specifically Ortho-Bionomy®. She is an Associate of Ortho-Bionomy and just completed her Massage and Bodywork Therapy certification.
Together we will work to release old tension patterns in the body and connect to your center again. Pilates focuses on balance, mobility, strength, confidence and more. You will wish you had started earlier.
