Maybe you want to become stronger. Maybe you want to feel a little less stiff. Or maybe you have an injury that you still need to rehabilitate. Whatever it is, the way you move, breathe and think can make all the difference.
Haley’s desire to keep you strong and upright and out of pain is a never ending goal of hers. She has paid close attention to her increasing desire to help people who are dealing with pain. Haley continues to dive deeper into the depths of trauma healing theories, body work techniques, strength training and more. Her current favorite modality to study and practice is Ortho-Bionomy. She is now an Associate of Ortho-Bionomy and moving forward with her LMT. Aside from that she is studying Neurology to incorporate and involve the brain more…which is where it all starts! This is where the change really happens and sticks!! Together we will work to release old tension patterns in the body and gain access to more mobility, strength and balance.
Sessions will be a bit different to accommodate the ever changing desires, aches, work loads, energy levels and so fourth . Don’t wait till you think you’re “fit” or “flexible” enough to start. This is where you start to gain on all of your physical goals. Pilates focuses on balance, mobility, strength, confidence and more. You will wish you had started earlier.

Embracing a life of sobriety led me to discover Pilates, where I unearthed the joy of mindful movement. Certified through Peak Pilates, I am passionate about sharing this joy with others, guiding them on a path of holistic well-being through the transformative practice of Pilates.
