Haley is dedicated to helping you move freely, stand tall, and live without pain. Her passion for supporting people in their healing journey continues to grow, inspiring her ongoing studies in bodywork—particularly Ortho-Bionomy®. As an Associate of Ortho-Bionomy and a certified Massage and Bodywork Therapist, she combines her skills to create thoughtful, restorative sessions.

Through a blend of Pilates and bodywork, Haley helps you release old tension patterns, restore balance, and reconnect with your center. Her approach builds mobility, strength, and confidence—leaving you wondering why you didn’t start sooner.

“If your spine is inflexibly stiff at 30, you are old. If it is completely flexible at 60, you are young.”

About Ortho-Bionomy®

Ortho-Bionomy® is a gentle, osteopathically-based form of body therapy that is highly effective for chronic stress, injuries, pain, or problems associated with postural and structural imbalances. The practitioner uses gentle movements and positions of the body to facilitate the change of stress and pain. Strong focus is placed on the comfort of the individual and no forceful manipulations are used. Ortho-Bionomy helps to alleviate both acute and chronic pain by reducing chronic muscle tension, soothing the joints, increasing flexibility, improving circulation, and relaxing the entire body. Ortho-Bionomy helps people break the cycle of pain— without creating more pain. It is effective for recovering from injuries, surgery, and stress.
